(JJ), dt. 23-01-2012. -@@@- ORDER: Under Rule 10 (a) of the Andhra Pradesh State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Sri P.Sukumaran, Deputy Director of Correctional Services is promoted as Joint Director of Correctional Services in Juvenile Welfare, Correctional Services & Welfare of Street, Children in the scale of pay Rs.27000-51760 purely on temporary basis with immediate effect. 2. On promotion, Sri P.Sukumaran is posted as Joint Director of Correctional Services in the existing vacant post of Joint Director of Correctional services in the office of the Directorate, Juvenile Welfare, Correctional Services & Welfare of Street Children, Hyderabad. 3. The above promotion is subject to the outcome of the WPs/WAs/RPs/CAs/SLPs etc., if any, pending before the Tribunal/ Courts etc. 4. The individual promoted in para (2) above, shall join the promotional post within a period of (15) days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, he shall forfeit his present and future right of promotion. 5.
