Read the following:- 1.G.O.Ms.No. 40, I&I (OP-1) Department, dt.03-03-2011, 2.From Mohd Sikandarali Travels, Bill No.160, dt.02-02-2012. ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees eighteen thousand only) to Mohd Sikandarali Travels, Hyderabad, towards hire charges for the vehicle Tata Indica Car bearing No. AP 9X 8106 being used by the Chief Project Manager and the department for the month of January, 2012, i.e. from 01-01-2012 to 31-01-2012. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to “3451 – Secretariat Economic Services – MH.090 – Secretariat – SH.(28) – Infrastructure and Investment Department – 130 - Office Expenses – 134 – Hiring of Private Vehicles”. 3. The Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Infrastructure and Investment Department shall draw the amount and issue a cheque for Rs.18,000/- (Rupees eighteen thousand only) in favour of “ Mohd Sikandarali Travels” Bank A/c.No.SBH 52204881173, State Bank of Hyderabad, Saidabad, Hyderabad, for settlement of the bill. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules and orders in force on the subject.
