M/s RR Tours & Travels, Hyderabad, Invoice No.300, Dt: 01.02.2012. *** O R D E R:- Government have entered into an agreement for a period of one year i.e from 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2012 with M/S RR Tours & Travels, D.No.3-2-1/12, Beside Kumar Theatre, Kachiguda, Hyderabad for the Vehicle obtained for the use by the Peshi of Honorable Minister for Finance & Planning on hire basis. 2. Sanction is here by accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Only) to M/s RR Tours & Travels, Hyderabad, towards Diesel Car (Car No. AP29 AE 6720) hire charges for the month of January’2012 for the vehicle obtained for use by the Peshi of Honorable Minister for Finance & Planning on hire basis. The vehicle hired is as per the norms prescribed. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para above shall be debitable to the head of account “M.H. – 2052 Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat- SH (20) Finance (W&P) Department – 130– Office Expenses – 134 – Hiring of Vehicle charges”. 4. The Finance (W&P-Claims) Department shall deduct the income tax TDS @2.25% from gross amount and shall draw and pay the amount sanctioned in Para (2) above to M/s. RR Tours & Travels, Hyderabad. P.
