an amount of Rs.359-00 in respect of Telephone No.8413202363 in the residence of the
Deputy Secretary to Government, I&I Department – Sanction of expenditure – Orders – Issued.

2. From the BSNL, Hyderabad Telecommunications,
Telephone Bill No.734665671, dt.13-02-2012.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded to incur an expenditure of Rs.359 -00 (Rupees
three hundred and fifty nine only) towards payment of rental and call charges of telephone bill
for residence telephone (WLL Phone) No. 8413202363 of Deputy Secretary to Government,
Infrastructure and Investment Department for the period from 01.01.2012 to 31.01.2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the Head of Account
“3451 – Secretariat Economic Services – SH-090 – Secretariat – SH(28) – Infrastructure and
investment Department – 130 – Office expenses – 131 – “Service Postage, Telegram and
Telephone Charges”.
3. The Drawing and Disbursing officer, Infrastructure and Investment (O.P-Claims)
Department shall draw the amount and paid to AO, BSNL Bank A/c.No. CA/01/005095,
Corporation Bank, M.G.Road, Secunderabad Branch, for settlement of bill.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules and
orders in force.
