Tours & Travels, Saroornagar, Hyderabad Bill No.0195, dated 02.03.2012. **** O R D E R: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen thousand only) to M/s R.R. Tours & Travels, Saroornagar, Hyderabad towards hiring charges for the car bearing No.AP 10V 7936 (Innova) for the official use of Project Manager, NCRMP-PIU, Revenue (DM) Department, for the month of February, 2012 (from 01.02.2012 to 29.02.2012). 2. The amount sanctioned in Para (1) shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “MH-4250 – Capital outlay on other Social Services – SM -101 – Natural Calamities – GH (10) – Centrally Sponsored Schemes – SH (01) – Head Quarters Office – Project Implementation Unit (PIU) – 130 – Office Expenses –134 – Hiring of Private Vehicles” 3. The Accounts Section, PIU, NCRMP, Revenue (DM) Department shall draw the amount sanctioned in Para(1) above and credit into Current Account No.62208215910 State Bank of Hyderabad, Exhibition grounds branch, Hyderabad towards vehicle hired from M/s R.R. Tours & Travels, Hyderabad after the T.D.S. is deducted as per the present rates. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (Exp. Rev.)
