G.O.Rt.No.1169, Finance (EXP.REV) Department, dated:26-03-2012. ****** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, a Memorandum of Understanding is entered between the Commissioner for Disaster Management & E.O. Prl. Secretary to Govt., and Project Director, National Cyclone Risk Mitigation Project (NCRMP) (Party 1) and M/s Environment Protection Training and Research Institute (EPTRI), Hyderabad (Party 2) with an objective for preparation of Environmental and Social Screening reports, Environment and Social Impact Assessment Studies, Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) and resettlement action plans for the construction of Multipurpose Cyclone Shelters (MPCS) connecting roads, bridges and two saline embankments proposed under the NCRMP. Party 1 will make payment to Party 2 based on the monthly reimbursement claim statement raised towards salaries of key professionals, field staff and support staff. 2. In the letter 7th read above, M/s EPTRI has submitted a claim for an amount of Rs.7,77,112/- towards reimbursement of the expenditure incurred by them for the period from 01.01.2012 to 31.01.2012 towards preparation of E&SIAs, EMPs and RAPs for the construction of Multipurpose cyclone shelters (MPCS), connecting roads, bridges and two saline embankments proposed under NCRMP. 3. In the G.O. 8th read above, the Finance (Exp. Rev.) Dept., has issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.7,77,000/- towards payment for reimbursement of expenditure incurred by EPTRI, Hyderabad as indicated in para (2) above. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.7,77,000/- (Rupees Seven lakhs and Seventy Seven thousands only) towards reimbursement of the expenditure incurred by the Environment Protection Training and Research Institute (EPTRI) Hyderabad for one month i.e. from 01.01.2012 to 31.01.2012 towards preparation of E&SIAs, EMPs and RAPs for the construction of Multipurpose cyclone shelters (MPCS), connecting roads, bridges and two saline embankments proposed under NCRMP. PTO:: 2 :: 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para (4) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account under PLAN: "MJH 4250 - Capital outlay on other Social Services - MH - 101 - Natural Calamities - GH 10 - Centrally Sponsored Schemes - SH - 01 - Head quarters 280/284 - Other payments". 6. The Project Manager, PIU, NCRMP, Revenue (DM) Department is authorized to draw an amount of Rs.7,77,000 and credit to the account of M/s Environment Protection Training and Research Institute (EPTRI) Hyderabad A/c No.52119330950, SBH, Raidurg Branch, Darga (H.S. Wali), R.R. District, IFSC Code:SBHY0020540. 7. The Environment Protection Training and Research Institute (EPTRI)Hyderabad shall send Utilization Certificate duly verified by the Audit Authorities to Accounts Section, SPIU, NCRMP, Revenue (DM.) Department. The amount should be utilized only for the purpose for which it is released. 8. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.Rev.) Department vide their U.O.
