Electricity Regulatory Commission in the letter 7th read above, has requested the Government to release an amount of Rs.1,63,12,500/- (i.e., Rs.1,11,59,000/- under 311- Grants-in-Aid towards salaries and Rs.51,53,500/- under 312-Other Grants-in-Aid towards other expenditure) towards 4th Quarter budget for the FY 2011-12. 2. The Finance (EXPR.AHFFCS&E) Department have issued BRO for an amount of Rs.163.12 lakhs under Non-Plan towards 4th Quarter provision for the FY 2011-12 vide G.O. 8th read above. 3. In terms of orders issued in G.O. 8th read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.1,63,12,500/- (i.e., Rs.1,11,59,000/- under 311-Grants-in-Aid towards salaries and Rs.51,53,500/- under 312-Other Grants-in-Aid towards other expenditure) to Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission being 4th Quarter of the Budget Provision for the FY 2011-12. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above, shall be debited to the following heads of accounts (a) “2801 Power - 01. Hydel Generation - MH 001 Direction and Administration - SH(04) Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission – 310.Grants-in-Aid -311.Grants-in-Aid towards salaries” for Rs.1,11,59,000/- and (b) “2801 Power - 01. Hydel Generation - MH 001 Direction and Administration – SH (04) Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission – 310. Grants-in-Aid-312. Other Grants-in-Aid for Rs.51,53,500/-. 5. The Assistant Secretary to Government, Energy Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above “with full Vouchers/Detailed Bills”. 6. The Secretary, APERC shall submit the utilization certificate along with expenditure statement in detail for the amount sanctioned in para (3) above.
