ORDER:
Under Rule 15 (c) of G.P.F. Rules, Sri M. Ramchander, Section
Officer, Department for Women, Children, Disabled and Senior Citizens
is sanctioned Part-final withdrawal of Rs.1,55,000/- (Rupees One Lakh
fifty five thousand only) from his G.P.F. A/C No. 35686/GA, to meet the
medical expenses for self for the disease S.V.T. (Idiopathic) since last (20)
years.
2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the
Head of Account 8009 – State Provident Fund – 01- 101 – G.P.F. Regular-
(01) – A.G. G.P.F.
3. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch shall
pass the bill and credit the amount in his Bank Account of
Sri M. Ramchander, Section Officer.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance & Planning
(F.W) Department as per rules in force.
