From Sri Ganesh Enterprises, Hyderabad, Bill No.113, Dt: 14.02.2012 for Rs. 1,645/- ***** O R D E R:- Sanction is here by accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 1,645/- (Rupees One Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Five Only) towards purchase of 20 Lts of Water bottles 47 Nos. for use in the Department from M/s Sri Ganesh Enterprises, Khairatabad for the period from 02.01.2012 to 30.01.2012. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para - 1 above shall be debitable to the head of account “M.H. 2052 – Secretariat General Services – M.H. – 090 – Secretariat – SH (20) – Finance (Works & Projects) Department –130– Office Expenses – 132 - Other Office expenses”. 3. The Finance (W&P-Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (1) above to M/s. Sri Ganesh Enterprises, Khairatabad.
