ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Ports, Kakinada in the reference
second read above, Government, hereby regularize the services and also declare the
probation of Sri G.V.Raghava Rao, Executive Engineer, Marine Division, Machilipatnam
in the category of Executive Engineer, in terms of rule 7 of A.P State Port Service
Special Rules read with Rule 18 of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules,1996; with
effect from the dates mentioned below;
