G.O.Rt.No.4169., Finance (A&L) Department, dated 24-11-2011. >>>><<<< In the references cited, Finance (A&L) Dept. has allocated funds to Government Servants working in I&I Dept/ HoD’s and District/Regional Offices for Marriage Advance towards second and third quarters for the Financial Year 2011-12 as follows; Sl.No. Department 2nd quarter 3rd Quarter 1. The amount sanctioned shall be debited to “7610 - Loans to Government Servants etc., M.H.800 Other Advances, S.H. (05) Marriage Advances. 001 Marriage Advances” 4. The loan sanctioning authorities of Secretariat/ Heads of Departments/ District & Regional offices shall ensure that prompt follow up action is taken up for sanctioning the advance and in getting the formalities completed by the loanees as per the rules and regulations mentioned in the reference cited. Also make arrangement for prompt recovery of the loan amount sanctioned to the employees as per rules in the subject. 5. This order does not require with the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
