The loan sanctioning authorities of Secretariat/ Heads of Departments/ District & Regional offices shall ensure that prompt follow up action is taken up for sanctioning the advance and in getting the formalities completed by the loanees as per the rules and regulations mentioned in the reference cited. Also make arrangement for prompt recovery of the loan amount sanctioned to the employees as per rules in the subject. 5. The Expenditure on account of sanction of the HBA shall be debited to “7610-Loans to Government Servants, M.H.201 House Building Advance- S.H.(05) Loans to other officers. 001 Loans to other Officers” 6.
