G.O.Rt.No.2751., Finance (A&L) Department, dated 18-07-2011. >>>><<<< In the reference cited, Finance (A&L) Dept. has allocated funds to Government Servants working in I&I Dept/ HoD’s and District/Regional Offices for the purpose of purchase of Cycle and other conveyances towards second and third quarters for the Financial Year 2011-12 as follows; Sl.No. Department 2nd quarter 3rd Quarter 1. Secretariat / Heads of Dept. --- ---- 2. Regional and District Offices Rs.10,000/- ---- 2. The above said funds are reallocated among the Secretariat/Head of Department (Dir of Ports) and Regional /District Offices as detailed below; Sl.No. Department 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 1. The amount sanctioned shall be debited to “7610 - Loans to Government Servants etc., M.H.203 Advances for purchase of other conveyances, S.H.(04) Advances for purchase of Cycle and other Conveyances– 001- Advance for purchase of Cycles and other conveyances. 4. The Dir of Ports, Kakinada is directed to take action regarding reallocation of funds sanctioned in para (1) above among the District and Regional Offices 5. This order does not require with the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
