PIU, NCRMP, Revenue (DM) Department – A Larger Mission of World Bank, New
Delhi visiting Andhra Pradesh and Odisha – Review of works and field visits of
NCRMP in 9 Coastal Districts – An amount of Rs.5,00,000/- Sanctioned as an
advance towards expenditure to be incurred for the logistics - Orders - Issued.

1. E-mail received from Sri N.V.V.Raghava, Team Leader, World Bank,
New Delhi dt.03.01.2012.

O R D E R :-
A meeting with World Bank Quick Mission was held on 11-01-2012 at
Hyderabad wherein the progress of the works relating to National Cyclone Risk
Mitigation Project (NCRMP) was reviewed. In the meeting, it was confirmed that
the World Bank, New Delhi will have a Long Mission to Andhra Pradesh for any 4
days during middle of February, 2012. Due to by Elections to the Assembly the
visit of World Bank, New Delhi has been postponed to 1st week of April, 2012.
2. As the Long Mission of World Bank, New Delhi would be confirmed at any
point of time, it has been decided to sanction an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-
towards the contingent expenditure to be incurred towards logistics of the
Mission.
3. Government therefore hereby sanction an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-
(Rupees Five Lakhs only) towards meeting the contingency expenditure during
the Long Mission of World Bank Team, New Delhi in April, 2012 to be drawn on
Abstract Contingency Bill. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the
following Head of Account:-
“MH 4250 - Capital Outlay on their social services (plan) – .
101 – Natural Calamities - GH 10 Centrally Sponsored Schemes
SH (01) - Head Quarters office (Project Implementation Unit)
200 – Other Administrative expenses.”
4. The amount sanctioned in para (2) above shall be drawn on AC Bill by the
Project Manager, PIU, NCRMP and the DC bill shall be submitted within 30 days
from actual drawl of the amount. There is no A.C. bill pending for which D.C. bill
is to be submitted from the office.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (Exp. Rev.)
Department vide their U.O. No.5636/063/A2/Exp. Rev./2012 dated 05.03.2012.
