The Dir of Ports, Kakinada is directed to take action regarding reallocation of funds sanctioned in para (1) above among the District and Regional Offices. Also, the sanctioning authority shall ensure to arrange prompt recovery of the loan amount sanctioned to the employees as per rules on the subject. 5. This order does not require with the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
