G.O.Rt.No.2749., Finance (A&L) Department, dated 18-07-2011. 2. G.O.Rt.No.4170., Finance (A&L) Department, dated 24-11-2011. >>>><<<< In the references cited, Finance (A&L) Dept. has allocated funds to Government Servants working in I&I Dept/ HoD’s and District/Regional Offices for the purpose of purchase of Motor Cycle & Mopeds towards second and third quarters for the Financial Year 2011-12 as follows; Sl.No. Department 2nd quarter 3rd Quarter 1. Secretariat / Heads of Dept. Rs.60,,000/- Rs.60,000/- 2. Regional and District Offices Rs.60,000/- Rs.60,000/- 2. The Dir of Ports, Kakinada is directed to take action regarding reallocation of funds sanctioned in para (1) above among the District and Regional Offices. 4. The amount sanctioned shall be debited to “ 7610 - Loans to Government Servants etc., M.H.202 Advance for purchase of Motor conveyances, - S.H.(05) Loans for purchase of Motor Cycles” – 001- Loans for purchase of Motor Cycles. 5. The sanctioning authority shall ensure that prompt follow up action is also taken up after sanctioning the advance in getting the formalities completed by the loanees; 6. This order does not require with the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
