From the Director of Medical Education, Govt.of Andhra Pradesh, Koti, Hyderabad., L.Dis.No.57536(1)/MA-F/2011, Dated 11-01-2012. >>>>><<<< ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) to Sri V. Narender Kumar, Asst.., Secy., to Govt., , Infrastructure & Investment Department towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him towards the treatment of his father for Inter Trochaenteric fracture left hip at KIMS Hospital, Secunderabad from 27-10-2011 to 09-11-2011. 2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “3451 – Secretariat Economic Services – 090 – Secretariat – SH (28) – Infrastructure and Investment Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement”. 3. Certified that the medical bills have been scrutinized by The Director of Medical Education, Govt.of Andhra Pradesh, Koti, Hyderabad.,, vide their L.Dis.No.57536(1)/MA- F/2011, Dated 11-01-2012 and found the net admissible amount as Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) out of 1,97,485/- 4. The Drawing Officer, Infrastructure & Investment (O.P-Claims) Department shall draw the cheque in favour “Sri V. Narender Kumar Asst.., Secy., to Govt.,, Infrastructure & Investment Department” for the amount sanctioned in para (1) above. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
