G.O.Rt.No.934 Finance (Expr.Rev) Department, Dated 16-03-2012. ******* ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Government have accorded administrative sanction for 55 Multipurpose Cyclone Shelters (MPCS) in 27 packages, costing Rs.47.71 crores, 102 roads to habitations in 50 packages costing Rs.72.70 crores and 81 roads to Cyclone Shelters in 30 packages costing Rs.35.95 crores and permitted to call for tenders. 2. In the reference 5th read above the Chief Engineer, NABARD, PRED, Hyderabad has requested for release of 5.00 crores immediately to clear the pending bills of Cyclone Shelters pertains to the Executive Engineers, PIU Divisions Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Vijayawada, Guntur, Ongole, Nellore. 3. In the reference 6th read above, the Finance (Expr. Rev) Department has released LOC for an amount of Rs.5,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crores Only) to the Chief Engineer, NABARD (RIAD), Panchayathi Raj Department, Hyderabad towards clearance of pending bills under Cyclone Shelters. 4. After careful examination of the proposal, the Government hereby accord to release LOC for an amount of Rs.1,25,00,000/- (Rupees One Crores and Twenty Five Lakhs only) from the 25% of state share of centrally sponsored schemes and Rs.3,75,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crores and Seventy Five Lakhs only) from 75% of the centrally sponsored schemes to the Chief Engineer, NABARD (RIAD), Panchayathi Raj Engineering Department, Hyderabad to clear the pending bills of Cyclone Shelters of NCRMP Works. 5. The amount of expenditure sanctioned in para (4) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: Rs.1,25,00,000/- (Rupees One Crores and Twenty Five Lakhs only) from 25% of the State share of Centrally sponsored Schemes: 4250 – Capital outlay on other social services – MH 101 Natural Calamities G.H.06 matching State share of centrally sponsored schemes SH (04) construction of Cyclone Shelters - 530 Major works, -531 Other expenditure and Rs.3,75,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crores and Seventy Five Lakhs only) from 75% of the Centrally sponsored schemes: 4250 – Capital outlay on their social services MH 101 Natural Calamities G.H. 10 Centrally sponsored schemes SH (04) construction of Cyclone Shelters - 530 Major works, -531 Other expenditure. The Chief Engineer, NABARD (RIAD), Panchayathi Raj Department, Hyderabad shall send Utilization Certificate in prescribed proforma duly verified by the audit authorities to the Project Manager, PIU, NCRMP, Revenue(D.M) Department, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat, Hyderabad.
