O R D E R:-
Sanction is here by accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 465/- (Rupees Four
Hundred and Sixy Five Only) to M/s Raghavendra News Paper Service, Hyderabad
towards purchase of Magazines/News Papers to the office of the Secretary to
Government, Finance (W&P) Department for the month of February’2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-1 above shall be debitable to the head of
account “M.H. – 2052 Secretariat General Services – M.H.090 –Secretariat – S.H. (20) -
Finance (Works & Projects) Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 -Other Office
Expenses”.
3. The Finance (W&P-Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount
sanctioned in Para (1) above to M/s Raghavendra News Paper Service, Hyderabad.
