Officer in place of Sri Janak Raj, I.P.S, Commissioner of Inquiries to conduct
detailed inquiry into the Charges - Orders – Issued.

ORDER:-
In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued appointing
Sri A.B.Venkateswara Rao, I.P.S, Commissioner of Inquiries as an Inquiry
Officer to conduct a detailed inquiry into the charges framed against
Smt. Theculamma, Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) (retired),
Smt. N.Jayaprada, former Balawadi Teacher who worked as Supervisor (on
deputation and retired), Smt. A.Shoba Rani, former Balawadi Teacher worked
as Supervisor and V.Sankar, Junior Assistant under sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of
A.P.Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991.
2. As Sri A.B.Venkateswara Rao, I.P.S, Commissioner of Inquiries, was
relieved from the post of Commissioner of Inquiries on 23/03/2010 AN, revised
orders were issued in G.O. 2nd read above appointing Sri Janak Raj, IPS (Retd),
Commissioner of Inquiries, as an Inquiry Officer in this regard.
3. As the term of office of Sri Janak Raj, IPS (Retd), Commissioner of
Inquiries, Inquiry Officer has since expired on 16.09.2011, Government hereby
appoint Sri K.Pradeep Chandra, IAS (COI-KPC), Commissioner of Inquiries, as
an Inquiry Officer in place of Sri Janak Raj, former Commissioner of Inquiries,
to conduct a detailed inquiry into the charges framed against Smt.
Theculamma, CDPO (retired), Smt. N.Jayaprada, former Balawadi Teacher who
worked as Supervisor (on deputation and retired), Smt. A. Shoba Rani former
Balawadi Teacher worked as Supervisor and Sri V. Sankar Jr.Astt., under
sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of A.P.C.S. (CCA) Rules, 1991.
4. The Inquiry Officer, appointed in para (3) above, after conducting enquiry
shall submit his report in terms of sub-rule (18)(i) of Rule 20 of A.P.Civil
Services (CCA) Rules, 1991.
5. The receipt of the G.O. may be acknowledged forthwith.
