Revenue) Department, dated 16.03.2012. **** O R D E R:- In the reference 1st read above, the Transport, Roads & Buildings (RI) Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad has informed that, the Engineer-in-Chief, (R&B) State Roads, Hyderabad has requested the TR & B Dept., to address the Commissioner, Disaster management & EO Prl. Secretary to Govt. for according administrative sanction for 11 works/ packages which were taken up under Phase – I of NCRMP as the Head of account is dealt by the CDM & EOPS, and also provided budget in 2010 – 2011. The TR & B (RI) Dept., has requested the CDM & EOPS to accord administrative sanction for the 11 works/ packages. 2. In the reference 2nd and 3rd read above, the Government have accorded administrative sanction for 11 works (Roads - 2 and Bridges – 9 ) in 11 packages costing Rs.27.29 Crores. 3. In the reference 13th read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Roads has requested to release LOC for an amount of Rs.2,50,00,000/- to clear the pending bills. 4. In the reference 14th read above, the Finance (Exp. Rev) Department has released LOC for an amount of Rs.2,50,00,000/- (Rupees Two Cores and Fifty Lakhs Only) to Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Roads, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad towards payment of pending bills for 11 works / packages (Roads – 2 Bridges – 9 ) which were taken up under Phase-1 of NCRMP. After careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby accord to release LOC for an amount of Rs.62,50,000/- (Rupees Sixty Two Lakhs Fifty Thousands Only) from 25% of the State share of Centrally sponsored schemes and Rs.187,50,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Eighty Seven Lakhs and Fifty Thousands only) from 75% of the Centrally sponsored schemes totally Rs.2,50,00,000/- (Two Crores and Fifty Lakhs Only) to the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Roads Hyderabad to clear the pending bills of NCRMP works. 6. The amount of expenditure sanctioned in para (5) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account :- 25% of the State share of Centrally sponsored schemes: 4250 – Capital outlay on other social services –MH 101 Natural Calamites G.H. 06 matching State share of centrally sponsored schemes SH (05) construction of Roads & Bridges - 530 – Major works - 531 – Other expenditure for an amount of Rs.62,50,000/- (Rupees Sixty Two Lakhs Fifty Thousands Only) and 75% of the Centrally sponsored schemes 4250 – Capital outlay on other social services MH 101 Natural Calamites G.H. 10 Centrally sponsored schemes SH (05) construction of Roads & Bridges - 530 – Major works - 531 – Other expenditure for an amount of Rs.187,50,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Eighty Seven Lakhs and Fifty Thousands only). 7. The Engineer-in-Chief, (R & B) Roads, Hyderabad shall send Utilization Certificate in prescribed proforma duly verified by the Audit Authorities to the Accounts Section, PIU, NCRMP, Revenue (DM) Department. The amount should be utilized only for the purpose for which it is released. 8. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp. Rev.) Department vide their U.O.
