O R D E R:-
Sanction is here by accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 18,000/- (Rupees
Eighteen Thousand Only) to M/s RR Tours & Travels, Hyderabad, towards Diesel Car (Car
No.AP29 AE 6720) hire charges for the month of February’ 2012 for the vehicle obtained
for use by the Peshi of Honorable Minister for Finance & Planning on hire basis. The
vehicle hired is as per the norms prescribed.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para above shall be debitable to the head of account
“M.H. – 2052 Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat- SH (20) Finance (W&P)
Department – 130– Office Expenses – 134 – Hiring of Vehicle charges”.
3. The Finance (W&P-Claims) Department shall deduct the income tax TDS @2.25%
from gross amount and shall draw and pay the amount sanctioned in Para (1) above to
M/s. RR Tours & Travels, Hyderabad.
