From the Dist. Collector, Rajahmundry Lr.No. G4/3692/2009, Dt.13-02-2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No.923, Finance (Expr.PW) Department, Dt.16-03-2012. **** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above the Collector, EG District has informed that the Airport Director, Rajahmundry Airport has filed requisition in form-I for acquisition of Ac.857.09 Cts (Approx) in Madhurapudi and Burugupudi villages of Korukonda Mandal of Rajahmundry Revenue Division for development of Rajahmundry Airport. He has further submitted that the Land Acquisition Officer and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajahmundry was already directed to take action for early submission of proposals U/s 4(1) of the LA Act. He has also informed that the approximate cost for acquisition of land to an extent of Ac.857.09 guntas in Madhurapudi and Burugupudi villages at Rs.6.00lakh per acre will be Rs.102.85 crores. He has further stated that this is only an approximate cost and the correct cost of acquisition can be arrived only after fixing market value for the land as on the date of notification U/s 4(1). 2. Based on Budget Release Order issued in 2nd read above Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.100.00 lakhs (Rupees one crore only) towards land acquisition for development of Rajahmundry Airport. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para -3 above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “MH 5054 - 03 – MH 337 – GH 11 – SH (25) – Rajahmundry Airport - 530 – 531 Other Expenditure”. 5. The District Collector, East Godavari shall draw the amount now released and shall keep in Public Account “8443 Civil Deposits” of PAO (Works) concerned and incur the expenditure based on need and necessity. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Department vide their U.O.No.6352-B/258/A2/Expr.PWD/12, Dt.16-3-2012.
