Secretariat, Hyderabad, L.Dis.No. 188/CDS/2012, Dated 31.01.2012. *** O R D E R:- Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of Rs. 8,798/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Eight Only) to Smt A. Padmvathi, Retd., Assistant Section Officer, Finance (W&P) Department towards medical expenses of her husband Sri P. Nageswara Rao at Secretariat Dispensary, Hyderabad as recommended by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para one above is debitable to the head of account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH – 090 – Secretariat – SH (20) – Finance (Works & Projects) Department – 017 – Medical reimbursement”. 3.
