From the District Collector, Krishna, Letter Rc.G1.2654/11, Dated 11.02.2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No.994, Finance (Expr.PW) Department, Dt.19-03-2012. **** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above the District Collector, Krishna has informed that the Asst. Director, Airports Authority of India, Vijayawada Airport has sent a report stating that he has received the master plan drawings from their Planning Directorate that it confirms that the extent of land acquisition is Ac.465.00 cts as proposed earlier and it has been verified by local Civil Engineering as per the dimensions given and found correct. 2. He has further stated that a joint survey has been conducted with Revenue Officials along with Airports Authority of India as per the peg-marking shown by the controller, Vijayawada Airport Authority and physical Survey on ground in the actual extent came out to be Ac.491.92 Cts instead of Ac.465.00 cents. After completion of survey the Airport Director, Airports Authority of India, Vijayawada has submitted the revised requisition proposals and L.P. schedules for acquisition for expansion of Gannavaram Airport in three villages as here under: S. Based on Budget Release Order issued in 2nd read above Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.100.00 lakhs ( Rupees hundred lakhs only ) towards land acquisition for development of Vijayawada Airport. 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para -3 above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “MH 5054 - 03 – MH 337 – GH 11 – SH (17) – Vijayawada Airport - 530 – 531 Other Expenditure”. 4. The District Collector, Krishna shall draw the amount and keep in Public Account “8443 Civil Deposits” of PAO (Works) concerned and incur the expenditure based on need and necessity. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Department vide their U.O.No.7585-L/299/A2/Expr.PWD/12, Dt.19-3-2012.
