Section Officer (Retd.), Department for Women, Children, Disabled and Senior Citizens has requested to reimburse medical expenditure incurred by her for treatment at AP Civil Dispensary A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. 2. In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, and as per the scrutiny done by the authorities of the O/o Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat Hyderabad, in the reference 3rd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs: 3,366/- (Rupees Three thousand three hundred and sixty six only). 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above is debited to the following head of Account: 2251 – Secretariat social Service. 090- Secretariat SH- (10) WD, CW & DW Dept., 010- Salaries. 017- Medical Expenses. 4. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch shall pass the bill and credit the amount in to Bank Account of Smt. K.Jhansi Lakshmi, Asst. Section Officer (Retd.) 5.
