From the Director of Medical Education, Govt. of A.P, Sultan Bazar, Koti, Hyderabad L.Dis.No:675(1)/MA-A/2012, dated 19.01.2012. ***** O R D E R :- In the reference third read above, Sri K.Bhujender, Roneo Operator, Social Welfare Department, has requested for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.54,180/- towards medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment of his daughter Baby K.Sanjana at Pragna Children’s Hospital, Panjagutta, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference fifth read above, the Director of Medical Education, A.P, Hyderabad, has scrutinized the bills and furnished the eligibility for an amount of Rs.36,619/-. 3. Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.36,619/- (Rupees thirty six thousand six hundred and nineteen only) to Sri K.Bhujender, Roneo Operator, Social Welfare Department towards medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment of his daughter at Pragna Children’s Hospital, Panjagutta, Hyderabad. 4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account 2251 – Secretariat Social Services – 090 – Secretariat – 08 – Social Welfare Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement. 5. The Social Welfare (OP.Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount in favour of Sri K.Bhujender, Roneo Operator, Social Welfare Department.
