dated: 12-11-1990
2. From Bharat Service Station, Bahseer Bagh, Hyderabad.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring of an expenditure of Rs.
15,091/-(Rupees Fifteen thousand and ninety one only) towards supply
of petrol and engine oil to the Government Vehicle Nos.AP9BM 3678
which is being used by the Special Chief Secretary to Government,
Department for W.C.D & SC by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited,
Basheer Bagh Road, Hyderabad for the month of January - 2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to
the Head of Account 2251 – Sectt. – Social Services – M.H. 090 –
Secretariat – S.H. (10) W.D.C.W & D.W. Department – 240 – Petrol and
Lubricants.
3. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch shall pass
the bill and credit the amount in to Bank account of Bharat Service
Station, Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance and Planning
(FW) Department under the rules in force.
