G.O.Rt.No. 71 Dated: 24.03.2012, Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No.148, Finance & Planning (Admn.I/TR) Department, dt.21.10.2000. 2. M/s. Apurva Enterprises, bill No.3008, dt.26-02-2012. ***** ORDER: In terms of the orders issued in the reference first read above, sanction is accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs. 4,050-00 (Rupees foru thousand fifty only) in favour of M/s. Apurva Enterprises, Hyderabad towards the cost for supply of letter heads and visiting cards for the use of Principal Secretary to Government, Infrastructure & Investment Department. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451 - Secretariat Economic Services - 090 - Secretariat - SH (28) – Infrastructure and Investment Department – 130 – Office expenses – 132 – other office expenses”- 3. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Infrastructure and Investment (OP-Claims) Department shall draw the amount and paid to bank A/c No.456101010035020. (M/s. Apurva Enterprises, Hyderabad) for the settlement of bill. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules and orders in force.
