O R D E R : -
In the G.O. 1st read above, orders have been issued appointing
Sri Syed Hussain, Joint Director,(P) Women Development & Child
Welfare Department as Presenting Officer to present the case on
behalf of the Govt. under clause © of the Sub-Rule (6) of Rule 20 of
APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991.
2. In the U.O.Note 2nd read above, the General Admn.(COI.LP)
Department have requested to appoint a new Presenting Officer,
Since the present Presenting Officer appointed by the Department is
on long un-authorized absence. This will facilitate quick disposal of
the case.
3. After careful examination, and in partial modification of the
orders issued in the G.O.1st read above, Govt. hereby appoint Smt S.
Kumara Devi, Deputy Director, O/o Director, Department for the
Welfare of Disabled & Senior Citizens as Presenting Officer in place of
Sri Syed Hussain, Joint Director (P), Women Development & Child
Welfare Department to present the case on behalf of the Government
under clause © of Sub-rule (6) of Rule 20 of APCS (CC&A) Rules,
1991.
4. Sri Syed Hussain, Joint Director (P), Women Development &
Child Welfare Department, Hyderabad is requested to handover all
the relevant records to Smt. S. Kumara Devi, Deputy Director,
Disabled Welfare Department who is the presenting officer under
proper acknowledgement. A copy of the acknowledgement may be
sent to this department for record.
