Secretariat, Hyderabad Letter Rc.No.149/CDS/2012, dated 01.02.2012. ***** O R D E R :- In the reference third read above, Sri Ch.Seetaramulu, Section Officer, Social Welfare Department, has requested for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.7600/- towards medical expenses incurred by him for treatment of his mother, Smt. Ch.Sarojini at Life Kare Dental Hospital, Maruthinagar,Opp new Santosh nagar Hyderabad. 2. In the reference fifth read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad, has scrutinized the bills and furnished the eligibility for an amount of Rs.7600/-. 3. Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.7600/- (Rupees seven thousand six hundred only) to Sri Ch.Seetaramulu, Section Officer, Social Welfare Department towards medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment of his mother at Life Kare Dental Hospital, Mrauthinagar, Opp new Santoshnagar,Hyderabad. 4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account 2251 – Secretariat Social Services – 090 – Secretariat – 08 – Social Welfare Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement. 5. The Social Welfare (OP.Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the above officer.
