Secretariat, Hyderabad Letter Rc.No.3/CDS/2012, dated 25.01.2012. ***** O R D E R :- In the reference third read above, Smt A.N.V Raghava, Special Category Steno, Social Welfare Department, has requested for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.6500/- towards medical expenses incurred by her for her treatment at Smiline Dental Hospitals,Sri nagar Colony,Panjagutta, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference fifth read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad, has scrutinized the bills and furnished the eligibility for an amount of Rs.6500/-. 3. Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.6500/- (Rupees six thousand five hundred only) to Smt A.N.V Raghava, Special Category Steno, Social Welfare Department towards medical expenses incurred by her for her treatment at Smiline Dental Hospitals,Srinagar Colony,Panjagutta,Hyderabad. 4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account 2251 – Secretariat Social Services – 090 – Secretariat – 08 – Social Welfare Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement. 5. The Social Welfare (OP.Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the above officer.
