O R D E R:-
In terms of orders issued in G.O. read above, sanction is accorded for
payment of an amount of Rs. 7,155/- (Rupees Seven Thousand One Hundred and
Fifty Five Only) (at the rate of Rs. 180/- per pair for 3 pairs in respect of 13 staff
members i.e. Drivers, Attendars etc., i.e. 3 x 13 x Rs.180/- and Three Blouses in
respect of famale staff member @ Rs. 45/- each for Rs. 135/-) towards stitching
charges in respect of 14 staff members of this Department.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para one above shall be debitable to the head
of account “M.H. 2052 – Secretariat General Services – M.H. – 090 – Secretariat –
SH (20) – Finance (Works & Projects) Department –130– Office Expenses – 132 -
Other Office expenses”.
3. The Finance (W&P-Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount
sanctioned in Para (1) above in to the account of M/s. Sekhar Fashion Men Tailors,
Khairathabad, Hyderabad.
