O R D E R: -
In the letter 1st read above, the Secretary, APSWREI Society, Hyderabad has requested to release an
amount of. Rs.7,95,62,145/- (Rupees Seven crores ninety five lakhs sixty two thousand and one hundred forty
five only) towards payment of interest and Re-payment of Principal (EMI) amount to the HUDCO for the quarter
ending 29/02/2012.
2. The Loans taken from the HUDCO under the Scheme No. 18567 is to be repaid and principal amount
to the HUDCO is due on 29/02/2012.
3. In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above, Government hereby accord
administrative sanction to the Secretary, A.P. Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society,
Hyderabad, for an amount of Rs. 795.63 Lakhs (Rupees Seven Crores Ninety Five lakhs and Sixty Three
thousand only) towards payment of Interest and Principal amount to the HUDCO for the quarter ending
29/02/2012 from the Budget Estimates 2011-12 under the following Non-Plan Scheme:-

(*) The expenditure over and above the budget provision may be incurred in relaxation of Treasury control
orders and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grant during the
financial year 2011-12.
4. The Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society,
Hyderabad is directed to take necessary action, accordingly.
5. This order issues as per the instructions issued by Finance (BG1) Department in U.O. Note. No.
29875-A/1283/A1/BG.1/2006, dated 25/11/2006 and with the concurrence of Finance (DCM-I) Department
vide their U.O.No.1082/29/A1/DCM-I/2012, dated: 03/02/2012.
