Civil Dispensary, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad Rc.No.46/CDS/2012, dated 25-01-2012. * * * O R D E R:- In the reference 3rd read above, The Global Hospital, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad has submitted the medical bill of Sri G.Durga Prasada Rao, Assistant Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department for Master Health Checkup on credit basis for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.3,000/-. 2. In the reference 5th read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P.Seretariat, Hyderabad has scrutinized the bills and furnished the eligibility for an amount of Rs.3,000/-. 3. Government after careful examination hereby order for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) in favour of Global Hospital, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad towards the medical bill of Sri G.Durga Prasada Rao, Assistant Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department for his Master Health Checkup on credit basis. 4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account 2251 – Secretariat Social Services – 090 – Secretariat – 08 – Social Welfare Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement. 5. The Social Welfare (OP.Claims) Department shall draw and release the payment in favour of GLOBAL HOSPITAL, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad.
