ESTABLISHMENT – SOCIAL WELFARE DEPARTMENT – Payment
of Rs.32,806/-(Rupees Thirty two thousand eight hundred and six
only) towards the cost of spare parts and servicing charges to
Government Vehicle No.AP.9.BR.7799 attached to the
Prl. Secretary to Govt.(SW) Social Welfare Department -

ORDER:
In the reference first read above, the Government have
accorded permission for undertaking repair of vehicles in private
work-shops whenever a vehicle breaks down en-route, meeting the
expenditure up-to a limit of Rs.2,000/- on the certificate issued by
the officer. Due to urgency certain minor repairs were undertaken
to the Government vehicle No. AP.9.BR.7799 attached to the Prl.
Secretary to Govt., (SW) Social Welfare Department in the reference
2nd read above.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, the PW Work Shops & Stores
has been addressed for according post facto approval for
undertaking the repairs work. In turn the General Supdt., PW Work
Shops & Stores, Mint Compound, Hyderabad has expressed their
“No Objection” to carry out repairs to Govt. Vehicle No. AP.9
BR.7799 attached to the Principal Secretary to Govt.,(SW) in the
reference 4th read above.
3. In the reference 5th read above the VC & MD APSCCFC Ltd.,
Hyderabad has been requested to provide a cheque for an amount
of Rs.32,806/-(Rupees Thirty two thousand eight hundred and six
only) as advance in favour of Sundaram Honda , Secunderabad, to
meet the expenditure towards repairing and service charges to the
Govt. Vehicle bearing No. AP 09 7799, subject to reimbursement by
Government after claiming the bills. Accordingly, a cheque was
issued by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. Scheduled
Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd, Hyderabad in favour of
Sundaram Honda , Secunderabad.

4. Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount
of Rs.32,806/-(Rupees Thirty two thousand eight hundred and six
only) to the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. Scheduled
Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd, Hyderabad towards
the cost of repairs, spare parts and servicing charges for the
Government vehicle No. AP.9.BR.7799 attached to the Prl. Secretary
to Govt., (SW) Social Welfare Department carried out the firm viz.
Sundaram Honda , Secunderabad.
5. The expenditure sanctioned in para 4 above shall be debited
to the Head of Account “2251-Secretariat Social Services 090-
Secretariat 08-Social Welfare Department 510-Maintainance of
Vehicles”.
6. The Social Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw a cheque
for an amount of Rs.32,806/-(Rupees Thirty two thousand eight
hundred and six only) in favour of Vice Chairman & Managing
Director, A.P. Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation
Ltd, Hyderabad for settlement of the bill.
7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance
Department, as per the existing orders in force.
