In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, and
as per the scrutiny done by the Civil Surgeon, Government Civil Dispensary,
A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad, in the reference 4th read above, sanction is
hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs. 6,453/- (Rupees Six
thousand four hundred and fifty three only).
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above is debited to the
following head of Account:
2251 – Secretariat social Service.
090 - Secretariat
SH - (10) WD, CW & DW Dept.,
010 - Salaries.
017 - Medical Expenses.
3. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch shall
pass the bill and credit the amount in to Bank Account of Smt. V.L.
Ramana Kumari, Asst. Secretary to Govt., Department for Women,
Children, Disabled and Senior Citizens.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance and Planning
(FW) Dept., as per rules in force.
