Venkataramaiah, Deputy Director.(Retired), dated 12.12.2011. ***** O R D E R In the reference 7th read above Sri.K.Venkataramaiah, Deputy Director. who has been retired from service on 31.12.2011 has stated that he has been promoted as Deputy Director on 15.12.1996 and completed (8) years of service on 14.12.2004 and completed 12 years of service on 14.12.2008 in the cadre of Deputy Director and requested for appointment in Special Grade Promotion Scale and Special Promotion Post 1-A which was not done. 2. After careful examination of the request of the Officer in terms of orders issued in the G.O. 4th and 5th read above and clarifications issued in the Circular Memo 6th read above in view of completion of (8) years of service on 14.12.2004 and completion of 12 years of service on 14.12.2008 in the cadre of Deputy Director Government is hereby appoint the Officer in the Special Grade Scale Post w.e.f. 01.07.2008 with monetary benefit from 01.02.2010 and Special Promotion Post scale 1-A w.e.f. 01.02.2010 in the cadre of Deputy Director and the Pay of the Officer is fixed as detailed below. Date of completion of (12) years in the cadre of Dy. 14.12.2008 Director. Date of appointment in Special Promotion Post Scale 01.02.2010 1-A Pay of the Officer as on 01.02.2010 in the cadre of Rs.40,510/- Dy. Director (SGP) Pay of the Officer in the cadre of Deputy Director Rs.41,550/- (Special Promotion Post Scale-1A) is fixed under F.R. 22(a)(i) w.e.f. 01.02.2010 in the scale of Pay of Rs.27000-700-27700-750-29950-800-32350- 850-34900-900-37600-970-40510-1040-43630-1110- 46960-1200-51760 (Rs.40510/- + 1040). Annual Grade increment due to the officer in the Rs.42,590/- cadre of Dy. Director(SPP Scale-1A) w.e.f. 01.04.2010 under FR 31(2) is released in the scale of pay of Rs.27000-700-27700-750-29950-800-32350- 850-34900-900-37600-970-40510-1040-43630-1110- 46960-1200-51760 (Rs.41550/-+1040)(Increment Certificate enclosed.). Annual Grade increment due to the officer in the Rs.43,630/- cadre of Dy. Director (SPP Scale-1A) w.e.f. 01.04.2011 is released (Rs.42590/- + 1040) (Increment Certificate enclosed.). Note: The Officer has been retired on 31.12.2011 as such there is no further increment. 3. The Officer has not availed any EOL during the period from 15.12.1996 to 14.12.2008. 4. The drawing and disbursing officer concerned is directed to allow and disburse the arrears to the officer due to the above fixations. The arrears in respect of Special Grade Post Scale shall be drawn w.e.f. 01.02.2010 and arrears in respect of Special Promotion Post Scale 1-A .from 01.02.2010 to 31.05.2011 shall be credited to the contd…:: 3 :: respective G.P.F. Account of the Officer and the arrears from 01.06.2011 shall be paid to the Officer. 5. Sri.K.Venkataramaiah, Deputy Director (Retired) is informed that if it is noticed at a later date that he has been paid excess amount due to erroneous fixation of pay or otherwise, the same will be recovered from him in lumpsum without any notice. 6. Certified that necessary entries have been made in the Service Register of the Officer.
