ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for Payment of Rs.535/-
(Rupees Five hundred and thirty five only) towards the rental and
call charges from 01-01-2012 to 31-01-2012 without surcharge for
Government Telephone No.23341027 working at the Residence of
Sri G. Mahmood Miah, Joint Secretary to Government (M), Social
Welfare Department.
2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of the Account
“2251-Secretariat Social Services 090-Secretariat 08-Social Welfare
Department 130-Office Expenses 131-Utility Payments”.
3. The Social Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw a cheque
for Rs.535/- (Rupees Five hundred and thirty five only) in favour of
“Sri G. Mahmood Miah, Joint Secretary to Government, Social
Welfare Department, Hyderabad” for settlement of the bill.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance
Department as per the existing orders.
