From M/s.M.S.Marketing Services, Hyderabad Bill No.49, Dated:12-01-2012. * * * * O R D E R: In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O.1st read above, and the requisition placed for the supply of Stationery and General Items in the reference 2nd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.5,100/-(Rupees Five thousand and one hundred only) from B.E.2011-12 under Non-plan for payment to M/s.M.S.Marketing Services, Hyderabad, towards supply of Soaps for the Office use of Planning Department. 2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) – Secretariat – SH (07) – Planning Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses”. 3. The stock is received in good condition and necessary entries have been made in the stock register of this Department. 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer of Planning Department, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad is requested to draw the amount sanctioned an amount of Rs.5,100/- (Rupees Five thousand and one hundred only) in favour of M/s.M.S.Marketing Services, Account No.60004531735, Bank of Maharashra, S.D.Road, Secunderabad branch (IFSC Code:MAHB0000387), Hyderabad . 5.
