From the CSW, Hyderabad Lr.No. A1/11619/2006, Dated: 12/12/2011. O R D E R:- In the G.O. first read above, orders were issued appointing Sri T. Munivenkatappa, IAS (Retd.,) as Senior consultant to study the implementation of the existing Schemes / Programmes meant for Welfare and Development of Scheduled Castes in the Social Welfare Department for a period of one year from taking charge with an annual expenditure towards establishment of the senior consultant is Rs. 5,89,200/- (Rupees five lakhs eighty nine thousand and two hundred only) which includes Rs. 25,000/- remuneration per month to Senior Consultant, Rs. 6,200/- remuneration per month to Personal Assistant (Sr. Steno), Rs. 3,900/- remuneration per month to attender and Rs. 18,000/- per month towards hiring of vehicles and to be guided as per amendments issued from time to time. 2. Consequent on expiry of the one year term (ie., 1st year), the tenure of Sri T. Munivenkatappa, IAS., (Retd.) as Senior Consultant was extended for another period of three years ie., upto 30.11.2011 vide G.Os 2nd , 3rd and 4th read above. 3. In the reference 5th read above, the Commissioner of Social Welfare has requested the Government to extend the term of Sri T. Munivenkatappa, IAS (Rtd), as Senior Consultant for a period of one year with effect from 01.12. 2011 to 30.11.2012 and stated that the services of the Senior Consultant are required in the Department to streamline various procedure in implementation of the schemes, suggest measures to improve work efficiency and accountability and also for specific studies on the schemes taken up by the Department for the development of Scheduled Castes in addition to the problems of untouchability and issues relating to implementation of Rule of Reservation in services and admissions in educational institutions. 4. After careful examination of the entire matter, the Government hereby extend the term of Sri T. Munivenkatappa, IAS (Retd., ), as Senior Consultant in S.W. Department on contract basis, for a period of one year w.e. from 01-12-2011 to 30-11-2012, with the following terms & conditions:- Term of Office One year from the date of his assuming charge and no further extens time beyond the tenure will considered. Government may termina contract without issuing any notice and reason. Remuneration Rs. 25,000/- per Month. Supporting Staff Personal Assistant (Senior Steno) and Attender to be engage outsourcing basis as per the terms specified in G.O.Rt.No. 2501, Fi (SMPC) Department, dated: 13/7/2006 and to be guided a amendments issued from time to time. Vehicle One car with Driver to be engaged on outsourcing basis as per the specified in G.O.MS.No. 5, Finance (W&M) Department, dated: 4-1 and in Govt. Circular Memo.No. 1320/659/A2 /W&M/2007, Dated: 2007 of Finance (W&M) Department, and to be guided as per amend issued from time to time. Office Accommo-dOffice accommodation will be provided at Damodaram Sanjee Office Samkshema ‘Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad. (p.t.o.)//2// 5. The annual expenditure on the establishment of Senior Consultant as specified in G.O. first read above is to be shared equally by three Heads of Department viz., the Commissioner of Social Welfare, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Co-operative Finance Corporation Limited., Hyderabad and the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Residential Educational Institution Society, Hyderabad within their existing budgets only. 6. The Commissioner of social Welfare, A.P. Hyderabad, is permitted to draw the remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- per month to the Senior Consultant appointed on contract basis under provision of S.W. the Head of Account” 2525- Welfare of SCs STs and OBCs – SH – 01 – Welfare of SCs – MH – 001 – Direction and Administration - SH – 01 – Headquarters Office – 010 – Salaries” within the provision in Budget Estimates for the year 2011-2012. The other expenditure shall be drawn under the Head of Account 2225 – 01-001 -01-300 other contractual services and expenditure towards hiring of private vehicles shall be met from the Head of Account 130 – Office expenses - 134 –Hiring of Private vehicles. The above expenditure shall be met from Budget Estimates for the year 2011-2012. 7.
