ि अन्यथा ऑनलाइन प्राप्य है या दर्दजिल साधन ोंसे ऑफलाइन सत्यापन य ग्य है, त यदि ऐसे साधन ोंिा उपय ग दिया जाता है त सूचना सत्यादपत ह ती है; और (र्) पहचान, पते, जन्म दतदथ या सोंबोंध ि साक्ष्यित िरने िे दलए प्रस्तुत िस्तािेज ि जारी िरने िाले प्रादधिारी ने ऐसी श्रेणी िे िस्तािेज िे सोंबोंध में ि ई र् र्णा नही ोंिी है दि ऐसा िस्तािेज इसिा प्रमाण नही ोंहै। महत्वपूणय न ट: (ि) 1.10.2023 ि और इसिे बाि जन्म हुए दनिासी भारतीय और अदनिासी भारतीय (एनआरआई) िे दलए जन्म प्रमाणपत्र अदनिायथ है। (ि) एि िस्तािेज ि पहचान िे प्रमाण (पीओआई) िस्तािेज िे रूप में तभी स्वीिार दिया जाएगा, जब उसमें व्यक्ष्यि िा नाम और फ ि शादमल ह गा। (ग) एि िस्तािेज ि पते िे प्रमाण (पीओए ) िस्तािेज िे रूप में तभी स्वीिार दिया जाएगा, जब उसमें व्यक्ष्यि िा नाम और पता शादमल ह गा। (र्) एि िस्तािेज ि पहचान िा प्रमाण (पीओआई) और पते िा प्रमाण (पीओए) िस्तािेज ि न ों में तभी स्वीिार दिया जाएगा, जब उसमें व्यक्ष्यि िा नाम, फ ि और पता शादमल ह गा। (ङ) सहायि िस्तािेज में उक्ष्यल्लक्ष्यित व्यक्ष्यि िा नाम, व्यक्ष्यि िे आधार में उसी रूप में ि हराया जाएगा। माता- दपता/अदभभािि िा पहला नाम, मध्य नाम और अोंदतम नाम जैसी दिसी अदतररि सूचना पर दिचार नही ों दिया जाएगा । (च) सभी पीओआई, पीओए और र्ीओबी िस्तािेज व्यक्ष्यि िे नाम पर ह ना चादहए। पररिार िे सिस्य/सिस्य ों िे नाम पर मौजूि िस्तािेज ोंपर पररिार िे अन्य सिस्य ोंिे नामाोंिन नही ोंदिए जा सिते है । (छ) यदि व्यक्ष्यि िे पास पीओआई और पीओए िस्तािेज नही ोंहैं त पररिार िे मुक्ष्यिया (एचओएफ) आधाररत नामाोंिन िा उपय ग दिया जाएगा। (ज) एचओएफ आधाररत नामाोंिन िरने से पहले एचओएफ िे पास िैध आधार ह ना चादहए। आधार प्रमाणीिरण िे दलए नामाोंिन िे िौरान एचओएफ ि व्यक्ष्यि िे साथ मौजूि रहना ह गा। (झ) एचओएफ िे आधार में उक्ष्यल्लक्ष्यित पता पररिार िे सिस्य िे आधार में उपय ग दिया जाएगा। (ञ) दनिासी दििेशी नागररि ोंिे दलए, जारी दिया गया आधार िे िल िीजा िी िैधता ति मान्य ह गा। हालााँदि, नेपाल/भूिान िे नागररि ोंिे मामले में, जारी दिया गया आधार िस साल िी अिदध िे दलए िैध ह गा। (ि) ओसीआई िार्थ धारि ोंिे दलए जारी दिया गया आधार िे िल िस साल िी अिदध िे दलए िैध ह गा।[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 13 िरने पर, पूणथ नाम िे प्रथम अद्यतन अनुर ध पर दिचार दिया जाएगा। (ि) दििेशी नागररि ोंिे दलए आधार में अद्यतन िे िल आधार ियस्क नामाोंिन िें द्र ोंपर दिया जाएगा। (ठ) दनिासी दििेशी नागररि ोंिे दलए, जारी दिया (e) Name of the child and HoF must be mentioned in the PoR document. (f) Name of the individual as mentioned in the supporting document, will be replicated as such in the individual’s Aadhaar. No additional information like parent/guardian first name, middle name and last name will be considered. (g) The address mentioned in the HoF Aadhaar will be used in the child’s Aadhaar. (h) For foreign national seeking enrolment, the Aadhaar issued will be valid only till validity of the visa. However, in case of Nepal/Bhutan nationals, the Aadhaar issued will be valid for a period of ten years. (i) For OCI card holders, the Aadhaar issued will be valid only for a period of ten years. (j) For LTV document holders, the Aadhaar issued will be valid only till the validity of LTV document.
