Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (Act 23 of 2013), and in terms of the sub-
regulation 4 of the regulation 6 of Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Pension Advisory
Committee Meetings) Regulations, 2015, the Authority hereby reconstitutes the Pension Advisory Committee
constituted earlier vide F. No. PFRDA/17/RES/25 dated 19th September, 2014 with effect from the date of this
