The National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment
Regulations, 2016
No. 11012/248/2015-Admn.–In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35, read with section 9, of the
National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the National Highways Authority of India hereby makes
the following regulations further to amend the National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and
Promotion) Regulations, 1996, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement:-—(1) These regulations may be called the National Highways
Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion)
Regulations, 1996:—
(a) against the post of Chief General Manager (Technical), in column 2, for the heading and entry, the
following heading and entry shall be substituted namely:-
