L.-33004/99 xxxGIDHxxx सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-13012024-251336 xxxGIDExxx CG-DL-E-13012024-251336 असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग III—खण् ड 4 PART III—Section 4 प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 35] नई दिल्ली, िुक्रवार, िनवरी 12, 2024/पौष 22, 1945 No. 35] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JANUARY 12, 2024/PAUSHA 22, 1945 भारतीय राष्ट्रीय रािमाग गप्राजधकरण अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 11 िनवरी, 2024 फा.स.ं एनएचएआई/पीआईय/ूयईू आर-II/55/01.—िबदक, जनम्नजलजखत राष्ट्रीय रािमागों को एक्सेस-जनयंजित रािमागों के रूप म ेंजवकजसत दकया गया ह ै क. एनएच-344एम बैंकोली गांव के पास एनएच-44 के साथ अपन े िंक्िन से िुरू होकर नरेला, मुंडका, निफगढ़, द्वारका को िोड़ता ह ै और दिल्ली के राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेि में भरथल चौक के पास NH-248 बीबी के साथ अपन ेिंक्िन पर समाप्त होता ह।ै ख. एनएच -248बीबी जिव मूर्तग के पास एनएच संख्या 48 के साथ अपने िंक्िन से िरूु होकर भरथल चौक, दिल्ली हररयाणा सीमा को केंद्र िाजसत प्रिेि राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेि दिल्ली से िोड़ता ह ै और हररयाणा राज्य में एनएच 48 पर खेड़की िौला के पास समाप्त होता ह;ै ग. दिल्ली/हररयाणा राज्य में एनएच-48 का दिल्ली-गुरुग्राम खडं दकमी 14+300 (आरटीआर फ्लाईओवर की िुरुआत) से दकमी 42+000 (खेड़की िौला उपयोगकताग िुल्क प्लािा) तक िरूु होता ह।ै और िबदक इस रािमाग ग के जवकास से पहले उपरोक्त स्ट्थानों को िोड़ने/जवजभन्न गंतव्य बबंिओंु तक पहचं ने हते ु िनता के जलए सर्वगस रोड, वैकजल्पक माग गऔर सड़कें उपलब्ध थीं और ह;ैं और िबदक रािमागों को हाई-स्ट्पीड कॉररडोसग के रूप में जवकजसत दकया गया ह ै और रािमागों के जलए जवजभन्न जववरणों के मोटर वाहनों की अजधकतम गजत सीमा प्रासंजगक अजधसूचनाओं के अनुसार तय की गई है; 276 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] और िबदक उच्च गजत वाल े वाहनों की आवािाही तुलनात्मक रूप स े धीमी गजत से चलने वाले कुछ श्रेणी के वाहनों यथा िोपजहया, जतपजहया और अन्य धीमी गजत से चलन े वाले वाहन िैसे गैर-मोटर चाजलत वाहनों, कृजष रैक्टर (रेलर सजहत अथवा उसके जबना) के गजत अंतर तथा चपेट में आन े की संभावना के कारण उनकी सुरक्षा के जलए खतरा पैिा कर सकती ह,ै अत: यह सड़क सुरक्षा पहलओंु स ेसमझौता ह;ै इसजलए, अब, "राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग जनयंिण (भूजम और यातायात) अजधजनयम, 2002" की धारा 35 के तहत प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हए, एतिद्वारा यह आिेि दिया िाता ह ै दक जनम्नजलजखत श्रेजणयों के वाहनों को उपरोक्त रािमागों का उपयोग करने स ेप्रजतबंजधत दकया िाता ह;ै i. मोटर साइदकल (स्ट्कूटर और अन्य व्हीलसग सजहत); ii. जतपजहया वाहन (ई-काटग और ई-ररक्िा सजहत); iii. गैर-मोटर चाजलत वाहन; iv. कृजष रैक्टर (रेलर सजहत अथवा उसके जबना); और v. मल्टी एक्सल हाइड्रोजलक रेलर वाहन vi. क्वाजड्र-साइदकल संतोष कुमार यािव, अध्यक्ष एवं रािमागग प्रिासक [जवज्ञापन-III/4/असा./690/2023-24] NATIONAL HIGHWAYS AUTHORITY OF INDIA NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th January, 2024 F. No. NHAI/PIU/UER-II/55/01.—Whereas, following National Highways have been developed as Access- controlled highways a. NH-344M starting from its junction with NH-44 near Bankoli Village connecting Narela, Mundka, Najafgarh, Dwarka and terminating at its junction with NH-248 BB near Bhartal chowk in the NCT of Delhi b. NH-248BB starting from its junction with NH No. 48 near Shiv Murti connecting Bharthal Chowk, Delhi Haryana border in the Union Territory of National Capital Territory of Delhi and terminating near Kherki Daula on NH 48 in the State of Haryana; c. Delhi-Gurugram section of NH-48 starting from Km 14+300 (starting of RTR flyover) till Km 42+000 (Kherki Daula User Fee Plaza) in the State of Delhi/Haryana And whereas there have been and are service roads, alternative routes and roads available to the public for linking the above places/accessing various destination points before the development of this highways; And whereas the highways have been developed as a high-speed corridors and the maximum speed limits for Motor Vehicles of various descriptions for the highways have been fixed as per relevant notifications; And whereas the movement of high speed vehicles may pose risk to the safety of certain classes of comparatively slow moving vehicles e.g. two wheelers, three wheelers and other slow moving vehicles like non- motorized vehicles, agricultural tractors (with or without trailers) due to their vulnerability and associated speed differentials and compromise the road safety aspects;[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपि : असाधारण 3 NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 35 of "The Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002", it is hereby ordered that the following classes of vehicles are prohibited from using the aforesaid highways: i. Motor Cycles (including scooters and other-wheelers); ii. Three wheelers (including e-Carts and e-Rickshaws); iii. Non-motorized vehicles; iv. Agricultural Tractors (with or without trailers); and v. Multi Axle Hydraulic Trailer Vehicles vi. Quadri-Cycles.
