District Magistrates, the District Collector, or, as the case may be, the Deputy Commissioners of all the States and the Union Territories across the country to act as ex-officio Deputy Custodian of Enemy Property for the areas falling within the Jurisdiction of their respective districts; b. Additional District Magistrate (Revenue), Central District of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, to act as ex-officio Deputy Custodian of Enemy Property for the areas falling within the National Capital Territory of Delhi; c. Deputy Secretaries posted in the branch offices of the Custodian of Enemy Property located in Mumbai, Kolkata, and Lucknow to act as ex-officio Deputy Custodian of Enemy Property for the areas falling within the jurisdiction of the respective offices; d. Sub-Divisional Magistrate or equivalent post of the district, to act as ex-officio Assistant Custodian of Enemy Property for the areas falling within the jurisdiction of the respective sub-division; and e. Tahsildar or equivalent post held in respective tehsils in the States and Union Territories to act as ex-officio Inspector of Enemy Property for the respective areas falling within their respective jurisdiction. 2. All the above officials shall act under the directions and superintendence of the Custodian of Enemy Property for India, while discharging their duties under the Enemy Property Act, 1968. [F.
