Short title and commencement.–– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Narcotics Control Bureau (Havaldar) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Ministry of Home Affairs, Narcotics Control Bureau (Havaldar) Recruitment Rules, 2018, in the Schedule,- (i) in column(2), for the figures “51”, the figures “68” shall be substituted; (ii)in column (12), at serial number (3), for the entry “Assistant Director, Central Para Military Force-Member” the entry “Assistant Commandant, Central Armed Police Force-Member” shall be substituted.
