New Delhi, the 23rd July, 2015
S.O. 2025(E).—Whereas a general election has been held for the purpose of constituting new House of People;
And whereas the President is of the opinion that the Anglo-Indian Community is not adequately represented in
that House;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by article 331 of the Constitution of India, the President is
pleased to nominate to the House of the People the following two members of that community, namely:—
(i) Prof. Richard Hay
(ii) Mr. George Baker
