The camp, which is ongoing for a second day, has a target of collecting around 200 units of blood, aiming to further strengthen the spirit of service and solidarity among Force personnel during the Raising Day celebrations.

A two-day Blood Donation Camp was inaugurated today at the Composite Hospital
(CH), Pune, in collaboration with all institutions co-located on the Group Centre
CRPF Pune campus. The camp is being organized as part of the celebrations of the
CRPF Raising Day.
The camp witnessed an enthusiastic and overwhelming response from officers and
personnel of the Force. The initiative aims to promote voluntary blood donation and
contribute towards saving precious lives.On the inaugural day, Shri Vaibhav Nimbalkar, IPS, DIG, GC CRPF Pune, along with
other senior officers, participated in the noble cause by donating blood alongside the
jawans, encouraging personnel to actively participate in this humanitarian initiative.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Nimbalkar stated that blood donation is one of the
noblest services to humanity and reflects the spirit of dedication and compassion
that CRPF personnel uphold—not only in safeguarding the nation but also in serving
society.
The blood donation camp will continue tomorrow, with a target of collecting around
200 units of blood, further strengthening the spirit of service and solidarity among
Force personnel during the Raising Day celebrations.
