Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Border Security Force, (Combatised Stenographers Cadre), Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Ministry of Home Affairs, Border Security Force, (Combatised Stenographers Cadre), Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2019, - (a) in rule 5, for the words “fifty-seven years” wherever they occur, the words “sixty years” shall be substituted ;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 (b) in the Schedule, - (i) against serial number 2 relating to the post of Assistant Commandant (Personal Secretary), in column (11),- (A) under the heading “By Promotion”, for the words “three years”, the words “five years” shall be substituted; (B) after the heading “By Promotion” and the entries relating thereto, the following note shall be inserted, namely: - “Note1: The eligibility service for the incumbents holding the post of Inspector (Personal Assistant) on regular basis on the date of commencement of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Border Security Force, (Combatised Stenographers Cadre), Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2025 shall be three years of regular service in the grade”; (C) the Note shall be numbered as “Note 2” thereof; (ii) against serial number 3 relating to the post of Inspector (Personal Assistant), in column (11), in Note 3, for the figures and word “52 years”, the words “fifty-six years” shall be substituted; (iii) against serial number 4 relating to the post of Sub-Inspector(Steno), in column (11) in Note 3, for the figures and word “52 years”, the words “fifty-six years” shall be substituted.
